Finally, the perfect residential condensing boiler is here.  While you might assume that this is new technology, the Viessmann Vitocrossal 300, CU3A boiler has been in production, in Europe, since 1996.  With ease of installation and serviceability, low energy consumption, high mass design, and the highest grade of materials available, this boiler certainly checks all the boxes.  Link to white paper
